What happens if I need to break the lease early?

Is renter's insurance required?

How much notice is needed before moving out?

All leases require a 60 day notice to vacate. Please contact leasing office for additional questions.

What utility companies do you use?

Our community utilizes National Grid for gas and electric and the City of Medford for water and sewer. Residents are responsible for setting up gas and electric accounts with National Grid prior to move-in.

What Cable/Internet Providers are available?

The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: Comcast, Verizon, Starry internet. For more information, please contact the leasing office.

When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 2nd. You may pay your rent online via BILT or by check. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Do you give any discounts to local employers?  

Yes, we are affiliated with Texas Roadhouse nearby.

Does your community offer furnished apartments?

No, all apartment homes come unfurnished.

Is there in-unit laundry?

What appliances are included?

All apartment homes will include the following appliances: all appliances. washer, dryer, oven, microwave, garbage disposal. For more information regarding what is included in each apartment home, check out our Features and Amenities page.

Is there air conditioning/heating?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Are there ceiling fans?

Some of our corner apartments on the top floor offer ceiling fans, not all apartments. For information regarding apartment-home features, please visit the Features & Amenities page.

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

The parking options at our community include one spot included in rent; the additional one is $150 per month. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

Is there a gym, pool, or common area? 

Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a fitness center with modern equipment, a resort-style swimming pool and spa with sun deck, and shared community spaces such as a clubhouse with demonstration kitchen and pub, game room, business center, landscaped courtyards, and outdoor grilling areas and a firepit designed for relaxation, recreation, and socializing. Can I rent out amenity spaces for private events?  

Our community offers a rentable amenity space for residents of the community. Please contact the leasing center for more information about rates and availability.

Are pets allowed? If so, are there breed or size restrictions?

Are there EV charging stations? 

We are currently installing EV charging stations which should be completed by the end of Spring 2026.

Are there grocery stores, restaurants, or schools nearby?  

Yes, the community is conveniently located in Medford near Assembly Row, Wellington Station on the Orange Line, Gateway Center, and other shopping and dining destinations. Please contact the leasing office for more information about nearby shopping, dining, and local services.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Additional information regarding leasing an apartment with roommates is available within our leasing portal. For further details, please contact our leasing office team members.

Is there a maximum number of occupants?  

The maximum number of occupants per apartment is 2 per room. Within our leasing portal, you will find more information about leasing an apartment with roommates. If you have additional information, please contact our leasing office team members.

Can guests stay over, and for how long?

Our guest policy is 3 nights max per lease policy. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.

Is there guest parking available? 

Guest parking is available at the community. Guests may park in designated guest parking areas at no additional cost, and no permits or fees are required. Contact the leasing office to find more information about our guest parking policy.
